Federal energy regulatory commission (FERC) Order #2222 prescribes that distributed resources (DERs) with 100 kW or more capacity in aggregate should be allowed to participate organized electricity markets. Most aggregation is via a combination of disparate DER technologies such as solar, wind, storage, electric vehicles, and smart load units. Another stumbling block enabling participation DERs markets the limitation. However, there lack aggregator models literature gainfully allow are limited. To address this shortcoming, we proposed (DDA) planning model here, overcomes limitation DERs. The DDA considers multiple revenue streams (1) credits; (2) revenues; (3) ancillary services revenues. enables collate provide firm power market auction receive credits.
